Free shipping on all orders over $35 for delivery within the continental US.

With Express shipping, your order will arrive in 2-3 business days after the day of shipment. If a delivery attempt is not made by this date, we will provide a refund for any shipping fees associated with that order. 

Note: The guarantee above is from the day of shipment, not from the time of order. Most orders before 2 PM EST will ship the same day. Orders after this time will ship the next business day. Delays may occur during busy seasons. 

The guarantee does not apply if the order arrives late because of an unforeseen circumstance outside of our control, such as a strike, natural disaster, or severe winter storm. Also, delivery scans might be inaccurate.

COVID-19

Due to the impact of COVID-19, orders may be delayed. Rest assured, we are working hard to deliver our products as soon as possible while keeping our employees and community safe. Thank you for your patience.

RISK OF LOSS
All purchases of physical items from Tanoshi or from a Tanoshi Authorized Seller are made pursuant to a shipment and delivery contract with a carrier such as, but not limited to, USPS, FedEx, UPS or DHL. This means the care for your package is the responsibility of Tanoshi until confirmation of delivery, either by email, phone, searching the tracking number online or on a door, from the carrier. 

However after such notice of delivery we no longer can help find your package. It is your responsibility to provide a correct address to the carrier, to check with your neighbors, or to report problems with a missing but reported delivered package to your carrier.  

Additionally please contact the carrier for any special delivery instructions you might have, such as holding your package or needing special accommodations.

If you have any special shipping requests not available through Tanoshi’s website - such as wanting a signature - please contact us directly before you place an order and we will accommodate you before shipment.
