    Great Kids Computer and Great Company

    I purchase 2 computers a year ago for my 7 & 8 yr old granddaughters. They LOVE them. It is something they use everyday!
    I also want to brag on the company. One of the computers initially wouldn't charge using the AC adapter. I contacted Tanoshi and they had a replacement to us in 2 days!! I even got an email from the CEO following up to see if everything was satisfactory. Amazing customer service!!
    Now a year later and where the keyboard and tablet connects has broken. I had purchase extended warranty from square trade and sent it off to them for repair or replacement. Instead, they sent me a check for the amount that I had initially purchased it for and cancelled the warranty contract. I had purchase these at a great cyber Monday sale a year ago and they are now $50 more. I contacted Tanoshi support and they are sending me a new computer for the same price as the check from square trade.
    Again I have to say... AMAZING CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!

    Poor Customer Service and Battery Issies

    I bought two of these for my 6 year olds for Christmas. I did a lot of research and read a lot of reviews and decided to purchase two.
    I got them turned them on, set them
    up, and then powered them off and wrapped them in their box and put them under our Christmas Tree. Approximately 2 weeks later when they were opened, one would not power on, it would just flash a low battery sign and turn off. After attempting
    to charge it for over 24 hours I contacted amazon, who after several days of asking me to try several things, referred me
    back to the tanoshi company to set up getting a replacement. I understand that this is an unfortunate issue that happens, and was very patient in retrying the same
    things amazon support people had me do. However, here were are over 2 weeks later, and I still haven't heard back from
    them or received anything to return the broken one, before I can even start the process of getting a replacement one sent to me. Meanwhile, I have a 6 year old very upset that he still can't use his present. I haven't let his brother use his either to try and keep it fair. I just want to make anyone who researches things aware of how this company owns their mistakes and how they are in no hurry to help fix this situation. I have sense read that there is an issue if the battery goes completely dead this can happen. So good luck with having
    children not letting the batteries go dead....
